Almar and these firms have a long history of

thousands of slips in more than 20 states and
     15 countries throughout the world.

     The long-standing working relationship

as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

   Our Mission, Experience and Development

Current Marina del Rey Development (Dry Stack)**

Within the first part of 2004, Almar replaced
nearly 300 slips in three marinas. Replacing slips
in full marinas is a difficult job that takes
knowledge and organizational skills that come
with experience.  These projects were completed
with very little inconvenience to the
boaters and surrounding area.

Almar and its team have been selected to develop a truly world-class marina on Treasure Island in San Francisco Bay.

This San Francisco Bay landmark will be transformed into one of the most spectacular marinas in the world.

The marina will feature a state-of-the-art 400-slip marina, a unique, artfully-designed curvilinear public pier available for community access and public use, plenty of open space, esplanades and view corridors, environmentally safe fueling and pumping facilities, and practical shore-side amenities to accommodate all boater and visitor needs.

In March of 2006, Almar and its team was selected to develop a dry stack** marina by the County of Los Angeles Department of Beaches and Harbors.

The facility will provide 361 dry stack spaces up to 40 feet in length. A large lobby will be constructed where events
and seminars can be held or where boaters can just relax after a day on the water.
